Secured Mail offers a two-day delivery profile* mirroring MS2 (Mail Sort 2), collecting your pre-sorted and unsorted items and processing them to Royal Mail specifications.

Our Secured Sort Service suits fulfilment houses or any organisations that posts at least 4,000 items in one day. You should also be able to pre-sort mail into one of these specifications:

  • Secured Sort 120 CBC

    120 CBC is for machineable letters only, from 0-100g. Mail needs to have a correct barcode applied using approved software. Mail is sorted by using mailsort software and sorted to relevant mail selections. Minimum
    volume is 4k

  • Secured Sort 120 OCR

    120 OCR is for machineable letters only, from 0-100g. Mail needs to have a readable font and clear zones. Mail is sorted by using mailsort software and sorted to relevant mail selections. Minimum volume is 4k

  • 70 CBC

    70 CBC is for machineable letters only, from 0-100g. Mail needs to have a correct barcode applied using approved software. Mail is sorted by using mailsort software and sorted to relevant mail selections. Mail is presented in trays with the specific tray label produced from the sortation software. Minimum volume is 4k

  • 70 OCR

    70 OCR is for machineable letters only, from 0-100g. Mail needs to have readable font and clear zones. Mail is sorted by using mailsort software and sorted to relevant mail selections. Mail is presented in trays with specific tray label produced from sortation software. Minimum volume is 4k

  • Secured Sort 1400

    1400 can be letter or large letter and is available for machineable and non machineable mail. Mail is sorted by using mailsort software and sorted to relevant mail selections. Minimum volume is 4k.

  • Secured Walk Sort

    Mail can be letter or large letter. This product is ideal for mail that has a high penetration of addressed mail going to specific postcodes. Minimum volume is 4k.

  • Secured Unsorted*

    This is for mail, which cannot be sorted to the relevant specifications for Mailsort, prior to handover to Secured Mail. Unsorted mail can be letters, large letters and packetsAll the above services are available as National or Zonal profiles. Secured Unsorted is available to posters under 4000 items per day as a national product, usually to consolidate clean mail and standard tariff items.
